PDP rejects postponement of election, and request INEC Chairman to Resign

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has rejected the move in the dates of the general decisions by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), portraying it as a 'demonstration of wickedness'.

Chairman of the party, Uche Secondus, in an announcement discharged by his media helper, Ike Abonyi, portrayed the delay as a major aspect of an "excellent plan by the All Progressives Congress (APC) to impede the desire of Nigerians at all expense".

Secondus said the delay demonstrates the unreadiness of INEC to its constitutional obligations and approached the Chairman of the commission, Prof Mahmood Yakubu to resign immediately.
“The PDP leader warns that the party will not accept anything short of a well organised electoral process devoid of manipulation, harassment and intimidation of voters and the opposition particularly members of the PDP. Having failed in all their nefarious options to enable them cling on to power, the APC and the INEC came up with the idea of shifting election, an action that is dangerous to our democracy and unacceptable” he said

The party chiarman blamed the Buhari-drove government for arm-twisting INEC to move to their new technique after the 'prior plans to fix this decision fizzled.'

“With several of their rigging options failing, they have to force INEC to agree to a shift in the election or a staggered election with flimsy excuses pre-manufactured for the purpose. For the avoidance of doubt the PDP sees this action as wicked and we are also aware of other dubious designs like the deployment of hooded security operatives who would be ruthless on the people ostensibly to scare them away.” he said
He additionally depicted the activity as 'tremendous expense' to Nigerians including the individuals who got back home from abroad and had prepared to their different voting demographics.

ATIKU has Been Endorsed By Nigerians - PDP

The rivalry party Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has voiced out that the Present President of Nigeria, President Muhammedu Buhari and his party All Progressives Congress (APC) , will be defeated at the 2019 presidential election with the way Atiku has been endorsed by Nigerians.

The party, via spokesman, Kola Ologbondiyan said

“our nation will never succumb to Buhari Presidency’s assault on our National Assembly, the attack on our judiciary and besieging of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) where President Buhari’s relation is being foisted as the head of the collation center.”

“The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), after consideration of all factors, reinforced the global unanimity and affirmation by various credible and independent bodies within and outside Nigeria, including the Afenifere, the Ohaneze Ndigbo, the Northern Elders’ Forum, the Pan Niger Delta Forum, the Middle Belt Forum, among several others, that Atiku Abubakar will win the February 16, Presidential election.

“Nigerians have chosen democracy with its tenets, as a way of life, including justice and constitutional freedom it offers the citizens to determine who their leaders should be at any given time, and nobody, not even President Buhari, can take away this freedom and rights, under any circumstance whatsoever.

“Nigerians know how the PDP restored, nurtured and allowed our democracy to thrive to the extent that it was possible for the opposition to win in a general election with President Buhari as the major beneficiary. The PDP allowed a free and fair election, respected the will of the people and handed over power to President Buhari, without any shenanigans that would have denied him victory.
