She has however put to full display the amazing result of her surgeon's labour as she glammed it up at the Vaporesso UK Launch party in Birmingham on Friday.

The 35-year-old donned a skin-tight nude dress with a plunging neckline, spaghetti straps and chic ruching to show off the results of her breast augmentation, liposuction and a Brazilian bum lift.
