The British singer, 31 Adele continues to display her three stone weight loss, going out for a dinner in Malibu.

She was spotted leaving swanky hotspot Nobu with a drink in hand on Friday night.

Her sighting comes amid claims she dropped the weight after watching gruelling, high intensity workout videos from Instagram sensation, Joe Wicks a.k.a The Body Coach.
