Andy Dick Arrest Warrant Issued for Alleged Sexual Battery
After a strange Uber ride, where he supposedly groped his driver, there is an active warrant for the arrest of Andy Dick.
According to TMZ,... Andy was riding back in the Uber in April 2018 when Andy reached over and grabbed his crotch, according to the driver.
What led to the incident is uncertain, but the driver did not take it lightly... And he was going to the L.A. To file a report with County Sheriff. Cops finished their inquiry and the office of the D.A. chose to charge Andy with sexual battery of misdemeanor.
TMZ gathered that the arrest warrant was issued back in March, but the actor hasn't been nabbed yet. We're told the warrant remains active.
It's not the first time the comedian's faced such a charge. We broke the story ... back in July 2018, the L.A. City Attorney slapped Andy with a misdemeanor sexual battery for allegedly groping a stranger -- that time it was someone on the street.
We've reached out to Andy's rep. He had no comment.
