A man who says he was struck by a Cadillac SUV carrying the superstar couple is suing Jennifer Lopez and husband Alex Rodriguez.

Last October, in an alleyway, behind a restaurant off trendy Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, the supposed crash was sai to have occurred.

The guy, Liyanage Perera, claims that he was severely wounded and that according to legal papers acquired by TMZ, neither the driver nor the pair came out to verify his well-being.

A TMZ video from the time of the incident showed a fence-gate opening and the white SUV slowly driving out of a parking area as a number of photographers snapped away, trying to get pictures of J. Lo and A-Rod.
